If you’re an oyster fan, do yourself a favor and stop by Shuck Me. 🦪🍻 We ordered a dozen Rockefeller oysters, a dozen raw oysters, a couple of beers, and every single bite was on point. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The staff was absolutely hustling, but you’d never know it by the service. They kept things moving, stayed friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. And can we talk about the beans?! Seriously… I was not expecting to leave thinking about beans, but here we are. 🤣 They were ridiculously good, and I’m pretty sure they’re going to live rent-free in my head for a while. Great food, great service, cold beer, and oysters done right. We’ll definitely be back. Just trust me… and order the beans. 😅

We tried a few things, I got their snow crab/ shrimp combo and lobster chowder. My husband got 2lbs crawfish and banana pudding. We shared raw oysters. My meal was really good, things were heavily seasoned, good flavor and probably the max amount of spice for me. Typically can handle mild heat. I do feel the lobster chowder had a bit more kick, but very good. Husband enjoyed his meal as well, seemed like his was more spicy? We both really enjoyed the oysters. The atmosphere was really nice, very friendly people working and other customers. Seems like there was a play area for kids too! Good music!

We visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday after hearing so many positive things, and overall, it was a memorable experience—with a notable hiccup. We parked in the large lot on the side, and as we approached, we took the patio entrance. Unfortunately, my wife missed a step and fell, hitting a bench. We immediately notified a team member at the register who was very kind and concerned—she went to alert the manager. Sadly, the manager barely acknowledged us; his only comment was that it "used to be painted," with no follow-up, which was disheartening. That said, once inside, the atmosphere was wonderful. The décor was stylish, cozy, and inviting, with a warm, friendly vibe despite a moderate crowd. Ordering was a breeze— the staff members were attentive, patient, and helped us navigate a diverse menu packed with appealing options. We started with mozzarella sticks—crispy and cheesy—and for the main, I had the fish and chips, while my wife enjoyed a chicken basket with fries. The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, flavorful inside, though the hush puppies were a touch dry and sandy. My wife loved her chicken tenders, and to top it all off, we shared the bread pudd

EDIT - I have no idea why a person cannot leave a second review, so my first one is edited. The same 3 of us visited again (and parked up front as suggested). 2 of us ordered non-fried options. Apparently only the fried plates get hushpuppies.. thats what I was told when I asked about them. So... I ordered a $20 plate of Grouper and did NOT get a second side yet they couldn't let me have a couple hushpups? 😡 My side was potatoes. Cheap potatoes. Still no hush puppy for me? And btw.. the grouper was weird. Almost mushy... or undercooked. So I ate crackers because I was still hungry. At restaurant prices these days, and as hard as it is to keep one open, a little value-added service is good. You won't get that here. First review - The food is very good! The atmosphere is interesting. But trying to get someone in a wheelchair inside for a meal? Not the easiest after parking a long way off and having to walk thru the parking lot (handicap spots are not close at all) and then having to circumnavigate to the door. That will negatively influence our decision to return.

Such a beautiful hidden gem 💎 close to the 'Square' or Downtown Denton. This Seafood resort is located in Elms street, so thoughtfully decorated to capture Sea 🌊 and Countryside in one. It has patios for outdoor dining and a private room. You place your order at the counter and sit anywhere. I had the Redfish, corn on the cob, beans and Mai Tai for Cocktails🍸 😋 . I had initially gone to Hooties Seafood, but it was Closed for Remodeling, a Local recommended Shuck me, and I am very Satisfied 😌 😅
